Made-to-Order Items All of our jewelry and keychains are crafted on demand specifically for you. Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, we will make it right — simply contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What We'll Need To process your request, please provide photos or a short video clearly showing the issue. This helps us resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Missing Packages If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please note that a remake or replacement requires Package Protection to have been added at checkout.
Shipping Delays Carrier delays are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. International orders may experience longer transit times due to customs processing, and delays during peak seasons are sometimes unavoidable.
